What is return and exchange policy?
A. Refund & Exchange Policy
Effective from: 7th July,2025
At TULIPS, we take pride in offering authentic, high-quality cosmetic and skincare products. Due to the nature of our products and hygiene concerns, we follow a strict refund and exchange policy as outlined below:
1. No Refunds
We do not offer refunds on any purchases unless the product is:
● Damaged upon delivery
● Expired at the time of sale
● Incorrect (wrong item delivered)
2. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are:
● Defective or damaged upon delivery
● Incorrectly delivered
In case, if the product was tested and sold to the customer, we cannot offer refund or
exchange in any case of change of mind.
To be eligible for an exchange:
● The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
● You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
● You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
3. Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are non-exchangeable:
● Opened or used products
● Items without original packaging
● Products bought on sale or during promotions
● Items after 48 hours of delivery/purchase
4. Return Process
To initiate a return or exchange:
● Contact us via [Phone/WhatsApp/Email]
● Include your order number and a clear photo/video of the issue
● Wait for our team’s confirmation before sending the item back
Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the error is on our part.
